Looking back at the past few weeks since joining Asheddah, I am deeply grateful for the wonderful teachers I have met. Asheddah continues to shape my life holistically โ€” physically, mentally and spiritually. To me, it is not just a place where time passes; it is a community where I have built a family and made lifelong friends. The digital skills taught here are top-notch.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Asheddah CBO for the immense impact you have made on both my personal and professional growth. Through your programme I gained practical digital skills that I now use daily. More importantly, your sessions on mental health and well-being taught me how to manage stress and care for myself โ€” lessons I will carry with me forever.
